We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing education startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, approach, and onboard current schools, colleges, and education partners.
· Develop and maintain solid client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
· Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions through product demos and presentations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and regularly report performance metrics.
· Represent the company at educational events, seminars, and networking platforms.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
