Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
Plan and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Supervise workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are maintained.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments.
Maintain production records, attendance, inventory, and daily reports.
Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working workplace.
Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
Monitor wastage and control production costs wherever possible.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and discipline are followed by all employees.
Report daily production status, issues, and requirements to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree or Production related field.
Experience in factory/production supervision or operations preferred.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to handle workers and production-related issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and maintenance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
