Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on enquiries, leads, payments, and outstanding dues.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information about products/services.
Maintain customer and call records in MS Excel.
Prepare daily and monthly reports using Excel.
Perform basic accounting entries and maintain records in Tally.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses in Tally.
Assist with invoice preparation and verification.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Maintain proper documentation of accounts and customer transactions.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams.
Required Skills
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Working knowledge of MS Excel — data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas, and reports.
Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Positive numerical and data-entry skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with Tally + Excel knowledge are preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
