KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials and equipment for both infrastructure/civil projects and interior fit-out projects.
Identify, develop and evaluate vendors across infra material categories (steel, cement, aggregates, structural items, equipment) as well as interior material categories (plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, furniture, lighting and soft furnishings).
Negotiate rates, commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery schedules. Prepare and release purchase orders through the ERP system.
Coordinate with site teams — both infrastructure sites (including Assam) and interior project sites in Kolkata — for material planning and timely supply.
Prepare quotation comparisons and techno-commercial analysis for both verticals.
Monitor delivery status and resolve supply-related issues across infra and interior projects.
Maintain a consolidated vendor database and purchase documentation for both business lines.
Drive cost control through effective negotiation and alternate sourcing.
Coordinate with the design team on interior material/finish specifications, and with stores, accounts and project teams for smooth procurement operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
