Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and skilled manner.
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Maintain waiting lists and coordinate with service staff.
Answer guest inquiries and assist with basic restaurant information.
Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable.
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Support the restaurant team in delivering excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
