About the Role
JMSC POS provides POS & Inventory Management Software to retail businesses across the USA. We are looking for a Software Support Executive to provide technical and customer support to our U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and remote support.
Troubleshoot POS software, inventory, billing, printer, scanner, network, and basic hardware issues.
Guide customers on using POS and inventory management features.
Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate them to the technical team.
Maintain proper records of customer issues and follow-ups.
Provide professional and friendly support to U.S.-based customers.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Technical Support / Software Support / Customer Support.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge can apply.
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
Valuable problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Comfortable working in a night shift and communicating with U.S. customers.
POS/ERP/Inventory software experience is an advantage.
