Job Description – Billing Engineer

Position: Billing Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer responsible for preparing and managing invoices, checking quantities and rates, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal departments. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of billing procedures, documentation, Excel, and basic commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit invoices as per approved work orders, purchase orders, and agreements.
Check quantities, rates, measurements, taxes, deductions, and other billing details.
Prepare running bills, final bills, debit notes, and credit notes as required.
Verify supporting documents such as delivery challans, work completion certificates, measurement sheets, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with site, production, sales, stores, dispatch, accounts, and commercial teams.
Maintain proper records of invoices and billing-related documents.
Follow up with clients for invoice approval and payment status.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.




Assist the accounts team in reconciliation of invoices and payments.
Ensure timely and accurate billing as per company procedures.
Maintain billing data in Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Support audit activities by providing required billing documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST and company billing procedures.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech
Relevant experience in billing, commercial, or project operations/billing is preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in billing, commercial, accounts, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or a related industry.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
