Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data, documentation, and coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
Enter, verify, and manage data accurately.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and other required documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Handle emails, calls, and routine correspondence when required.
Track and maintain records of transactions, orders, and other operational activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of significant records.




Assist the management and operations team with various administrative tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, operations, or a related role.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
