Position: Transport Executive

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers can apply)

Location: Pallavi Group of Schools

Experience: 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily school bus operations and transportation schedules.
Monitor bus maintenance, servicing, and vehicle fitness records.
Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.
Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, insurance, and RTO requirements.
Maintain transport MIS reports and vehicle documentation.
Handle route planning and optimize bus utilization.




Support breakdown management and emergency transportation requirements.
Prepare Excel reports related to transport operations and expenses.
Address transport-related concerns from school administration and parents.

Required Skills
B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
Basic to advanced MS Excel skills.
Robust communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in field operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
