Job Description:
Manage day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
Supervise manpower, machines, and production processes.
Ensure product quality and minimize rejection/wastage.
Plan production as per customer requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Ensure workplace safety and smooth production operations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Rubber Industry / Rubber Manufacturing.
Solid production planning and team-handling skills.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
