Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Finance Sales Executive to promote and sell banking and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and recommending suitable products.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, online channels, and field activities.
Sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment products.
Promote insurance products including life, health, and general insurance.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Complete required documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce/Management background preferred.
1–5 years of experience in banking, insurance, finance, telesales, or field sales.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Robust customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of banking and insurance products.
