Role Overview:
We are looking for an Accounts & Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and assist with basic accounts-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain customer and account-related records
Follow up with customers when required
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Accounts
Valuable communication skills
Freshers can apply
