We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of laboratory/industrial instruments at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and troubleshoot laboratory/ industrial instruments.
Visit customer sites for equipment servicing and maintenance.
Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and technical problems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
Prepare service reports after every site visit.
Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of service activities, spare parts, and tools.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation,
or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in service engineering preferred .
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic instruments.
Knowledge of using a multimeter, electrical testing tools, and measuring instruments.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
