Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from design to site execution.
Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections & working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
Manage and guide junior architects/designers.
Handle client meetings, presentations and project documentation.
Requirements:
B.Arch / M.Arch with 2+ years of experience.
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit and architectural detailing.
Positive knowledge of construction, materials and building regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
