We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented Operations Executive to manage the smooth execution of domestic and international tours, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day tour operations and bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, guides, and other vendors.
Prepare and verify itineraries, vouchers, confirmations, and other travel documents.
Ensure all services are arranged as per the confirmed itinerary.
Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth handover and tour execution.
Handle last-minute changes, operational issues, and customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and vendor communications.
Follow up with vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth tour execution.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Travel Operations / Tourism preferred.
Valuable knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
