We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end backend execution of customer travel requirements. The role involves itinerary creation, rate collection, bookings, ticketing, vendor coordination, client communication, and ensuring all travel arrangements are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Create customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
Coordinate hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel bookings.
Research and compare rates from different travel vendors.
Handle ticketing and booking-related activities.
Coordinate with hotels, travel vendors, transport providers, and other service partners.
Communicate with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, requirements, and updates.
Draft professional emails and booking-related communication.
Maintain accurate booking records, documents, and operational trackers.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely confirmations and service delivery.
Resolve booking-related and operational issues efficiently.
Ensure all travel arrangements are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Manage multiple bookings and operational tasks simultaneously.

Requirements




Graduation is not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and professional email drafting skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and bookings efficiently.
Prior experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.

Salary
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
