We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Provide appropriate solutions and information to customers.
Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within the defined process.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet quality and performance expectations.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages:



Hindi & English – Mandatory
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in day shifts with rotational weekly offs.

Salary
Freshers: ₹20,000 per month
Experienced: ₹25,000 per month
