Job Description:
Identify and source suitable land properties based on company requirements.
Search for land through property owners, brokers, local contacts, and market networks.
Coordinate with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
Conduct preliminary verification of land details, location, extent, ownership, and availability.
Negotiate lease, rental, purchase, and other commercial terms with landowners.
Coordinate site visits and property inspections.
Collect and coordinate required land documents for legal verification.
Liaise with legal teams, government departments, and local authorities whenever required.
Follow up on agreements, registrations, lease documentation, and other formalities.
Maintain records of available properties, landowners, negotiations, and completed transactions.
Develop and maintain a robust network of landowners, brokers, and property consultants.
Provide regular updates to management regarding potential land prospects and negotiations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
