About the Role
Centrix is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director while coordinating activities related to social media, digital marketing and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to the Director.
Manage schedules, meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
Coordinate digital marketing, social media and branding activities.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
Track marketing-related tasks, timelines and deliverables.
Prepare presentations, reports and business documents.
Handle correspondence and maintain organised records.
Support meetings and out-of-office business activities when required.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding or a related role.
Robust understanding of social media and digital marketing activities.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid proficiency in MS Office.
Good coordination and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Working Days
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
