Role and Responsibility:-
Develop and maintain personal technical expertise and commercial knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and customer settings and applications.
Prepare technical documentation, presentations, webinars, videos, and other tools to improve sales force and domain expert effectiveness in asset management related topics
Learn to review and understand customer specifications and drawings.
Interface with the customer on technical, schedule, and commercial aspects of the order.
Resolve and document exceptions and questions.
Develop knowledge of Rockwell products and be able to speak to the advantages of them in certain applications.
Able to prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
