Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various functions and levels.
Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
