Job Description

Sky Direct Travel is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities and support the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, and maintaining a positive and qualified workplace environment.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
Coordinate interviews and selection processes
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR administration
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters
Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives
Assist with company HR policies and procedures
Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation
Support performance management and employee development activities




Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Proactive and responsible approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
