Manage and lead a team of Field Collection Executives.
Allocate collection cases and customer visits to team members.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Monitor field visits, productivity, and collection performance.
Conduct daily team huddles and review performance.
Track assigned buckets, overdue accounts, and recovery targets.
Support team members in handling difficult or high-value customer cases.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers for pending payments.
Monitor collection receipts and ensure timely system updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, and collection status.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
