Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B; outlets.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise F&B; staff.
Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve complaints.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
Control food, beverage, labor, and operating costs.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, receiving, storage, and wastage.
Develop strategies to increase F&B; revenue and profitability.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Accounts departments.
Plan and execute banquets, events, promotions, and special functions.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and departmental financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food-safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
Conduct regular outlet inspections and implement corrective actions.
Maintain SOPs and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
