Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Prepare machine-wise and mould-wise schedules for injection moulding machines.
Check machine capacity, mould availability and manpower before finalizing the plan.
Plan raw materials such as plastic granules, masterbatch and additives.
Coordinate with Stores and Purchase to ensure material availability.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores and Dispatch.
Monitor Plan vs Actual production and identify delays.
Track machine utilization, cycle time, downtime and rejection.
Control RM, WIP and finished-goods inventory.
Follow up on mould breakdowns, machine breakdowns and changeovers to minimize production loss.
Prepare daily production reports, MIS and Excel/ERP reports.
Ensure customer orders are completed according to the required delivery date.
Analyze production deviations and take corrective action.
Support improvement of productivity, cycle time, changeover time and inventory levels.

Pay: ₹20,256.42 - ₹25,211.58 per month
