We are looking for a responsible Hostel Warden to manage a hostel accommodating 20–30 employees.
Responsibilities
Supervise hostel residents and daily operations.
Monitor attendance, discipline, activities, and conduct.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hostel rules.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.
Coordinate food, housekeeping, maintenance, and other facilities.
Maintain hostel records and report violations/incidents to management.
Address employee concerns and coordinate with HR/Admin.
Requirements
Experience in hostel/facility supervision preferred.
Valuable communication and discipline management skills.
Responsible and capable of managing hostel operations independently.
Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Age: Up to 55 years.
Food & Accommodation provided by the company.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
