We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and communication between patients, patient parties, doctors, nurses, administration, and other hospital departments, while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Act as the primary coordination point between patients, patient relatives, doctors, and hospital administration.
Assist patients and attendants with their queries, concerns, and hospital-related requirements.
Coordinate with doctors regarding consultations, appointments, follow-ups, and patient requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between patients and different hospital departments.
Coordinate with nursing, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, reception, and other support departments.
Handle patient and patient-party complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on patient requests and coordinate with the concerned department until closure.
Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital procedures, services, facilities, and policies.




Assist in coordinating admissions, transfers, consultations, and discharge-related requirements.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with patients, attendants, doctors, and staff.
Collect patient feedback and communicate important concerns to the administration.
Escalate critical patient issues to the concerned senior authority promptly.
Maintain proper records of complaints, feedback, requests, and follow-up activities.
Support the administration in ensuring smooth day-to-day patient coordination.
Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualification: BBA HM / MBA HA/ MHA.

Experience :
1–2 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, patient relations, front office, or similar role.
Solid communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
