Packwell Paper Tube Industries is looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Head to lead our Quality Assurance & Quality Control function. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, reducing rejection and customer complaints, implementing quality systems, and ensuring that paper tubes meet defined specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.
Monitor quality from raw material inspection to final product dispatch.
Establish and maintain quality standards and inspection procedures for paper tubes.
Monitor critical parameters such as:
Inner Diameter (ID)
Outer Diameter (OD)
Wall Thickness
Length
Weight
Moisture
Compression Strength
Bonding/Adhesion
Visual & dimensional quality
Conduct and monitor Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
