Plan weekly menus and coordinate with nutritionists or management on dietary needs �.Manage food procurement, vendor coordination, inventory, and stock registers �.Supervise kitchen and mess staff, including duty rosters, training, cleanliness, and discipline �.Monitor food quality, portion control, hygiene, and service standards �.Verify supplier bills, control costs, and ensure budget compliance �.Maintain records such as attendance, receiving challans, inventory, extra diet registers, and meeting minutes �.Coordinate with management, doctors, dieticians, and other departments for special meals and operational needs
