We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of chip-level laptop repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Receive laptops from all branches for chip-level service and ensure proper documentation.
Assign repair jobs to chip-level service engineers based on workload and priority.
Track the progress of all service jobs and ensure timely completion.
Dispatch repaired laptops back to the respective branches within the committed timeline.
Maintain daily records of jobs assigned, work completed, pending cases, and turnaround time.
Prepare and share daily service status reports with the management.
Coordinate with vendors for the collection and procurement of spare parts required for repairs.
Follow up with engineers and vendors to avoid delays in service delivery.
Ensure proper handling, tracking, and movement of customer devices throughout the service process.
Work closely with branch teams to provide updates on repair status and expected delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
