Job Summary Job Integral is looking for motivated freshers and recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources through a 3-month real-time, project-based internship. This internship is designed for candidates who want to move beyond theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in recruitment, HR operations, employee management, reporting, HR tools and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities Create and work with Job Descriptions (JDs) Source candidates through job portals and social media Screen and shortlist CVs Conduct candidate calls and follow-ups Coordinate interviews Participate in interview and candidate evaluation processes Assist with onboarding and employee documentation Maintain HR records and reports Support employee engagement activities Work on HR data and Excel-based reports Assist with HR analytics and basic Power BI projects Use AI tools for HR and business productivity Complete assigned real-time projects and presentations

Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
