Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls for software/product sales as well as property-related enquiries and follow-ups.
This is a Work From Office position suitable for candidates who have positive communication skills and are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain and promote the company's software products and services.
Handle property-related calling, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential sales.
Coordinate with the sales/team members for further customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
Age: 18–28 years.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Languages: Hindi and Marathi required; basic English is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with telecalling, sales or customer-handling experience will be preferred.
