Hesse is looking for a confident, empathetic and highly professional Candidate Relations Executive to build strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Regularly interact with candidates and ensure they feel comfortable and well supported
Understand concerns, expectations and feedback during the coaching period
Build confidence and positively engage candidates who may be anxious about their examination
Proactively identify dissatisfaction or service-related concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution
Follow up with candidates before and after their examinations
Maintain solid relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
Collect candidate feedback and communicate key concerns to management
Encourage satisfied candidates to share genuine Google reviews
Coordinate testimonials, success stories and Instagram shares/tags
Encourage referrals and recommendations from satisfied candidates
Maintain relationships with successful candidates after completion of the program
Support Hesse in creating a strong professional candidate community and positive brand experience

This is not a sales or telecalling role. The primary responsibility is to make every candidate feel professionally cared for, heard and valued throughout their experience with Hesse.
