Key Responsibilities
Plan and design facility and utility systems based on project requirements.

Prepare layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD and, where applicable, Revit MEP*.

Work on systems such as HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire fighting, compressed air, piping, and other building/industrial utilities*.
Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and other engineering teams.
Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment requirements.
Support utility planning for industrial and commercial facilities.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams for technical discussions and equipment selection.
Conduct site visits and provide support during installation, execution, testing, and commissioning.
Identify technical issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure designs and systems comply with applicable technical standards, codes, and project requirements.
Maintain proper documentation, drawings, revisions, and project records.

Requirements





B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering* or a relevant engineering discipline.

2–6 years of experience* in Facilities, Utilities, MEP, HVAC, Industrial Projects, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy.
Practical understanding of facility and utility systems.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, piping, and industrial utilities*.

AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.*

Knowledge of Revit MEP is preferred.*
Ability to prepare and understand engineering layouts and technical drawings.
Knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor coordination.
Understanding of applicable engineering standards and compliance requirements.
Positive coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
