We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Support Intern to assist our day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of basic business operations, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Support the operations team in daily activities and coordination.
● Assist with data entry, documentation, reports, and maintaining records.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
● Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
● Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
● Support process improvement and other operational requirements.
● Communicate updates, issues, and requirements clearly to the relevant teams.
● Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the team.
Knowledge Skills
● Education: Masters or any related field
● Experience: Fresher or experienced both can apply
● Knowledge of research publication industry.
● Excellent communication (written & verbal)
● Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
