About the Role

Imperial Surgical Company, established in 1923, is expanding its surgical equipment portfolio with Sthira-G, an advanced line of high-speed neuro and spine drill systems. We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive / Biomedical Specialist settled in Mumbai to manage Operating Theater (OT) demonstrations, support surgeons during live procedures, and drive sales across hospitals.

Roles & Responsibilities
OT Support & Demonstrations: Conduct clinical product demonstrations and provide hands-on technical support inside the Operating Theater (OT) during live surgical procedures.
Surgeon Relationship Management: Build solid, long-term relationships with Neurosurgeons, Spine Surgeons, OT Managers, and Biomedical heads to understand their equipment requirements.
Sales Execution: Drive field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Sthira-G drill line and related surgical equipment.
Market Expansion: Identify recent hospital accounts, corporate tender opportunities, and trial prospects through market mapping and competitor analysis.
Product Feedback:



Act as the communication bridge between surgeons and management to share product performance insights and feature feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in medical device sales, biomedical sales, or surgical equipment sales.
Therapeutic Familiarity: Prior exposure to Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Implants, or OT capital equipment is highly preferred.
Core Competencies:
Robust technical understanding of medical devices, surgical instruments, and hospital procurement processes.
Calm, confident demeanor while supporting procedures inside a live Operating Theater.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and B2B communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented "go-getter."

Compensation & Perks
Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience and past track record.
Incentives: Lucrative performance-linked sales incentive structure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
