Key Responsibilities
Drive retail and channel sales to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Generate recent leads through walk-ins, references, networking, channel partners, and other sources.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer/channel network.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and regular updates on lead status and conversions.
Ensure high standards of customer engagement and service throughout the sales journey.
Support sales campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile




Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in retail sales, channel sales, business development, or customer-facing sales roles.
Strong experience in lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and sales closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Good understanding of customer acquisition and sales conversion processes.
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and channel relationships effectively.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
