We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction site operations, ensure quality execution, and manage daily site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety standards at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

Quality Control
Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards
Conduct site inspections and material checks
Maintain proper documentation and reports

Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Assist in project planning and scheduling
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers

Material & Resource Management
Estimate material requirements and monitor usage
Check material quality upon delivery
Avoid wastage and control costs

Safety & Compliance
Ensure safety procedures are followed at site




Enforce use of PPE and maintain site discipline
Comply with local building codes and regulations

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Min. 5 years of experience in site execution
Robust knowledge of construction processes and site management

Technical Skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Understanding of BOQ, billing, and measurement work

Soft Skills
Valuable communication and leadership skills
Problem-solving ability
Time management and multitasking skills
Team coordination capability

Salary: Based on experience

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
