About the Role

We are hiring 150 Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for an NGO Calling Process in Noida.

This is a excellent opportunity for freshers, career returners, and homemakers looking to start or restart their careers. Full training will be provided, and prior calling or BPO experience is not required.

This position is open to women candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of the NGO calling process
Communicate professionally with donors and contacts
Build positive relationships and encourage engagement
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
Meet daily and weekly calling targets and quality standards
Represent the organization professionally on every call





Eligibility & Requirements
12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
Freshers are welcome
No prior calling or BPO experience required
Good verbal communication skills
Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
