Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D/3D facade drawings and design layouts.
Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams.
Prepare drawings for Glass, Aluminium, ACP, Curtain Wall, Cladding and other facade systems.
Review architectural drawings and prepare accurate facade design solutions.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and site requirements.
Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments.
Coordinate with production and site teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or relevant field.
Experience in Facade Design / Glazing / Cladding will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3D software will be an added advantage.
Positive understanding of facade construction and detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
