Roles and Responsibilities:

Connect with industries to bring training orders to the CSR Training Centre by identifying company training needs and coordinating placement prospects for trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with companies and industries.
Identify training requirements from companies and bring training programs to the centre.
Coordinate corporate training programs for industry employees under sustainability/CSR initiatives.
Maintain a database of companies, training programs, and industry contacts.
Coordinate with the training team to deliver programs as per industry requirements.
Support placement activities by organizing interviews, connecting trainees with employers, and tracking placement outcomes.
Collect and maintain placement-related documents from companies for records and reporting.
Prepare and document success stories of placed candidates for reporting and project documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
