To ensure on-time, accurate, and cost-effective dispatch of ecommerce orders, managing packing, handover to couriers, POD tracking, and exception handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily picking, packing, labeling, and handover to logistics partners.
Ensure order accuracy (right SKU, quantity, packaging, documents) before dispatch.
Monitor courier SLAs, pickup schedules, and NDR (non-delivery report) closures.
Track PODs, RTOs, and lost/damaged shipments; coordinate with courier and customer support.
Maintain dispatch logs, AWB records, and daily MIS for shipments and exceptions.
Manage packing material inventory and optimize packaging cost per order.
Enforce SOPs for quality checks, fragile handling, and high-value item dispatch.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
