An assistant teacher works under a lead educator to support daily classroom activities, help prepare instructional materials, and provide small-group or one-on-one student instruction. They also supervise children during non-classroom times like recess and lunch. Core Responsibilities
Help the lead teacher design and prepare daily lesson plans or learning aids.
Tutor students individually or in small groups to reinforce concepts.
Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom safety rules.
Supervise children during lunch, recess, and school field trips.
Assist with administrative duties like grading assignments, taking attendance, and updating records.
Support students with special needs or individual education plans (IEPs).





Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma required; many positions prefer associate/bachelor degrees or early childhood education credits.
Communication: Solid interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
Patience & Adaptability: Ability to manage busy settings and support wide-ranging learning speeds.
Organization: Detail-oriented approach to handling supplies, paperwork, and schedules

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
