Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced KST Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise team members, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department. The ideal candidate should have good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the KST team.
Allocate duties and ensure adequate manpower during operational hours.
Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve their performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Handle guest/customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock, equipment, and other operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, checklists, and relevant records.
Report operational issues, staff concerns,



and maintenance requirements to the concerned manager.
Assist management in implementing new procedures and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Previous experience in hospitality/hotel operations will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and team-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented approach.
