Role Overview:
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for recent clients. The role involves coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, ensuring smooth implementation, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the complete client onboarding process from initial engagement to successful handover.
· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and business processes.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
· Conduct client meetings, product/process walkthroughs, and training sessions where required.
· Track onboarding progress, timelines, pending tasks, and dependencies.
· Identify and resolve onboarding-related issues and ensure timely escalation when required.
· Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and onboarding reports.
· Ensure a smooth transition of clients to the relevant support/account management team after onboarding.
· Continuously improve the onboarding process based on client feedback and internal observations.
Requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementation, or a similar role.
· Strong communication and client-handling skills.
· Positive coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple clients/tasks simultaneously.
· Strong documentation and organizational skills.
· Comfortable working with CRM/HRMS or other business software.
· Good understanding of client lifecycle and onboarding processes.
