Main Responsibilities

● Give tasks to freelancers based on their skills.

● Share explicit instructions and required details for each task.

● Follow up with freelancers for updates and deadlines.

● Check the work received to ensure quality and correctness.

● Send corrections or revisions if needed.

● Maintain records of tasks in Google Sheets or task management software.

● Report daily/weekly task status to the management.

● Help in finding and onboarding new freelancers when required.

Required Skills

● Good English writing and speaking skills (must).

● Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

● Basic knowledge of content writing, design, Video, SMO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO,

or digital tasks.

● Positive follow-up and coordination ability.

● Knowledge of Google Sheets or task tools (optional but helpful).

Experience

● 1–2 years in coordination or digital marketing roles preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
