We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Paid Ads & Content Creator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media content creation, and short-form video content. You will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and grow our clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, and social media content*
Develop ad creatives, captions, headlines, and marketing copy
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
Research trends, competitors, and target audiences
Work with the team to develop effective marketing strategies
Track leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance
Requirements
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads*
Knowledge of lead generation and campaign optimization
Basic skills in video editing and content creation*
Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Creative thinking with a performance-focused mindset
Positive communication and time-management skills
Previous digital marketing experience is preferred
