Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Organization: Chate Homeopathy Clinic

Chate Homeopathy Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently while delivering outstanding patient service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient queries.
Register current patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Update patient information using the clinic management software.
Process billing, collect payments, and issue receipts.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Inform patients about appointments, follow-up visits, and clinic procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining clinic records.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.




Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, reception, or customer service role will be an advantage.

Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email.
Ability to quickly learn clinic management software.
Good typing speed and accurate data entry skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly.
Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
