Senior Content & Marketing Associate – Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Content & Marketing Associate to take ownership of content creation, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication for an education organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content marketing and digital marketing, with the ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Write engaging captions, articles, campaign copy, and promotional content
Plan and manage the content calendar
Create content around school events, student achievements, programs, admissions, and initiatives
Manage social media platforms and coordinate regular content publishing
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
Support school admissions marketing, events, promotions, and brand-building activities
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, agencies, and vendors
Monitor social media and campaign performance, engagement, enquiries, and leads
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, newsletters, and communication materials
Manage multiple marketing activities and ensure timely execution

Requirements




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Marketing Communications
Solid content writing, editing, and communication skills
Hands-on experience in content creation and marketing campaign execution
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Positive organizational and project management skills
Ability to independently manage marketing activities and deadlines

Preferred
Experience in a school, education institution, EdTech, NGO, or education-related organization
Experience in school admissions marketing or education campaigns
Strong experience managing social media and content
Creative mindset with strong execution skills
Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
