Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to handle sales and business development in Akluj and surrounding areas of Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, hospitals, doctors and healthcare customers.
Appoint new distributors and expand the business network.
Generate current leads and convert them into regular business.
Promote and sell the company's medical, surgical and healthcare products.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Manage existing customers and ensure timely order generation and collections.
Coordinate with the head office for orders, stock, dispatch and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts.
Resolve customer queries and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements




2–5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in medical devices, surgical products, pharma or healthcare will be preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong knowledge of the Akluj and nearby market will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field sales and travelling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and sales reporting.
Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Salary & Advantages

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Performance-based incentives may be provided based on company policy.
